Shipping and Costi

The cost of shipping is charged to the User and will be calculated automatically by the system based on the number, amount, weight of the items ordered.

 

<h2>Delivery Time</h2>

For Italy, the delivery times of the goods vary from 4 to 9 working days from receipt of the order depending on the availability of the purchased product in stock and the delivery methods provided for the same. For deliveries in Europe from 5 to 15 days, the times for non-EU deliveries to be agreed.

In any case, the delivery date is purely indicative and is in no way binding for Italart Co. srl.

Italart Co. srl makes use of couriers / carriers that offer the best quality / price ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer customers advantageous prices and quality of service.

In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment and / or at fixed times and / or days.

In case of non-delivery of the goods due to an incorrect address provided by the User or due to storage in the warehouses of the courier / carrier and / or in any case for any reason attributable to the User's behavior, a new shipment will be possible ONLY upon advance payment of the same. according to the methods indicated by Italart Co. srl.

 

Delivery of the Goods

Upon delivery of the goods, the User is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

In case of tampering and / or breakage, the User must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery using the document received from the courier or other operator and adding the words "RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR ....." (indicate the motivation).

The User must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who carried out the shipment.
